The Intersect Graphic Design and Multimedia team was asked to create a logo for the Pathway to Law School. The program helps students navigate the path from community college all the way to law school. Each of us designed a stylescape for the brand. (a stylescape is a carefully collected combinations of images, textures, colors and typography to communicate a certain look and feel for a brand) I wanted to create a stylescape that communicated that although the path may seem daunting, it is doable and that the Pathway to Law School program would be there to help and advise every step of the way. I chose a color palate that had some traditional colors such as red and blue but incorporated teal and rose to reflect a calming ease and modern freshness. I also created some original illustrations. They did choose my stylescape which I used to subsequently create a logo for the brand.
