Donut to the Divine

A Cult

If you were asked to come up with a concept for a cult and then design it, what would it be? When I was asked to design a cult, I came up with the following statement that I then based the designs for cult patterns, clothing, a logo and a poster on. It was an incredibly fun project and since developing this concept, I’ve been known to indulge in a donut a little more frequently than I had before.

“A donut a day keeps the doctor away. Because we all know that what doesn’t kill is makes us stronger and we aim to prove this point. Health vs. Happiness? What really ensures longevity? We believe in happiness, indulgence and joy as a vehicle to everlasting life and as such pledge and commit to that few moments of sweet, melt in your mouth bliss each day. Watch us live long and strong. An everlasting lifespan journey obtained through this one simple daily act of commitment, faith, and resolve. Eternal life on earth in return for eating a donut a day. Deathless, Perpetual Bliss…. Praise the Almighty Donut! Join us!”
